Everything your freight operation needs
Built from the ground up for the modern freight industry — fast, clear, and reliable.
AI Load Posting & Price Advisor
Describe your shipment in plain English and our Claude-powered AI automatically fills in origin, destination, equipment type, and a suggested market rate. Carriers get an AI rate advisor before they bid — ensuring your loads attract competitive, data-driven offers.
Live Competitive Bidding
Every load you post is visible to approved carriers as soon as it goes live, and they compete for your business. Compare rates, transit times, carrier ratings, and FMCSA records side by side — then award with one click.
FMCSA-Verified Carrier Network
Every carrier on FreightBidder is checked against FMCSA records when they sign up: operating authority, safety rating and, where FMCSA reports it, insurance. Anything unclear goes to manual review, and carriers must be approved before their first bid.
Shipment Tracking & Visibility
Track every shipment on a live interactive map, with truck positions updated each time the driver reports in. Get milestone notifications at pickup, transit, and final delivery. ETAs and delay alerts keep you ahead of any issues.
Integrated Messaging
Direct messaging between shippers, carriers, and brokers — all within the platform and tied to the relevant load. No phone tag, no separate email chains. Every conversation is logged, searchable, and available for dispute resolution.
Digital Document Management
BOLs, PODs, and rate confirmations are stored and organized per shipment. Preview PDFs in-browser, download with one click, and never lose a critical document in an email thread again.
From post to proof of delivery in 3 steps
FreightBidder streamlines every step of the freight lifecycle — so you spend less time coordinating and more time growing your business.
Post your load in minutes
Describe your freight in plain English or fill in the form — our AI pre-fills origin, destination, equipment type, dimensions, and a suggested market rate. You control whether to set a fixed rate or open it to competitive bidding.
Review bids from verified carriers
Approved carriers respond with competitive bids. Review each bid alongside the carrier's FMCSA credentials, platform rating, and transit time estimate. Every carrier is checked against FMCSA records at signup.
Award, track, and get paid
Award the winning bid with one click. Documents are auto-generated. Track your shipment live on the map. When delivery is confirmed and the POD is uploaded, the transaction is complete.
Who FreightBidder is for
Shippers post loads and award the bid they choose. Carriers bid on those loads. Brokers post and manage loads, including for shippers who invite them. FreightBidder is software, not a freight broker: it does not move freight or take a commission on loads.

Who is FreightBidder for?
Shippers, carriers and freight brokers in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shippers post loads that need a truck and award the bid they choose. Carriers with a USDOT number bid on those loads once their account is approved. Brokers post and manage loads, including for shippers who invite them. FreightBidder is software, not a freight broker, and takes no commission on loads.
Can shippers post loads on FreightBidder?
Yes. Posting a load is the core of the platform: a shipper posts a load, approved carriers bid on it, and the shipper awards one. A load can go to the open board or only to carriers the shipper names. Shipper Free covers up to 3 loads a month, Shipper Growth is $49 a month for up to 25 loads, and Shipper Pro is $99 a month for unlimited loads.
Is FreightBidder free to use?
Yes. Shippers can post up to 3 loads per month on the free plan. Carriers can submit up to 10 bids per month for free with no credit card required. Paid plans unlock higher limits, AI features, and more team seats.
How does carrier verification work?
Carriers enter their USDOT number when they register (and an MC number for interstate for-hire work). FreightBidder looks the number up in FMCSA records at signup, sends unclear cases to manual review, and a carrier must be approved before it can bid. FMCSA often reports no insurance figure, so insurance is shown only when FMCSA reports it, and nothing re-checks a carrier continuously.
What types of freight does FreightBidder support?
FreightBidder supports all major equipment types including dry van, flatbed, reefer, step deck, lowboy, tanker, and specialized loads, across the 48 contiguous U.S. states. It is built for loads that book a truck, full or partial, not parcel or pallet-rate LTL.
How quickly do loads receive bids?
Carriers can bid as soon as your load goes live, and you can set a Buy Now price to book capacity instantly. How quickly bids arrive depends on the lane, the equipment type and the rate you post.
